Envera Moves To A Virtual Environment In Response To COVID-19

Mon, Mar 23, '20

RICHMOND, VA, March 23, 2020— The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic is forcing Americans to adapt to “social distancing” guidelines in order to try to slow the speed of spread. wherever possible. This includes avoiding public spaces and working from home when possible. Already some cities are resorting to government-mandated closures of restaurants, schools, and other businesses and now, we are seeing larger areas, like San Francisco, issue area shelter-in-place orders.

For many businesses moving to a virtual environment would be difficult. Those that don’t already employ digital technologies will require a significant investment to ensure continuity and minimal disruptions when trying to pivot to “distanced” operations. Luckily, Envera Health already has a significant technology infrastructure focused on digital communication. So, for the safety of our staff and to ensure we can continue to support our clients and their patients, we have moved to a fully virtual environment.

Moving to a virtual environment will allow us to continue to offer patient access and support services which will undoubtedly prove critical during this national health crisis. Despite the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, we are proud to be able to play a valuable role in supporting our health systems in a way that is conscious of public health and safety. We understand that this may contribute to the uncertainties our healthcare partners are facing so we welcome any questions you may have about these changes. Please rest assured that Envera’s virtual operations are as secure and compliant as they were from our home base in Richmond and know your Strategic Account Manager is standing by to assist you.

We will get through this together.
